GS Prime Solutions LLC was founded by George C. Shaw Guevara, a Materials Engineer with an M.Sc. in Project Management and nearly three decades of field experience across Nalco Chemical, ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties, and Nalco Water (Ecolab) in Venezuela and the United States.
Our mission is to bridge the documented gap in pre-employment certification for U.S. refinery and petrochemical operators — compressing traditional onboarding timelines from 3–6 months to 6–8 weeks, without compromising safety or compliance.
